Intellivision

A slightly belated thank you to everyone that came out to the 2 PKN fundraisers... seriously 2 of the best gigs we've ever been involved with. Was especially blown away by the amount of people that came out on the "worst Sunday ever" in London... rain, hail, wind & snow couldn't keep people away. I hope you all enjoyed them as much as we did.
Thanks again also to Andy and Bryony for helping make them both happen, both exceptional human beings... Thanks to the venues for getting behind the idea and of course thanks to all the bands who played; The Sticks, Royal Limp, Daniel Wakeford, Zombie Crash, No & Good Throb... easily some of my favourite bands around at the moment (again, seriously, have you heard the GT 7"? you're nothing more than a sleazy bAstard... very good).

Also on top of all the good feelings we managed to raise £490 to go towards PKN coming over in September. Pats on the back all round.

Other things going on in our world at the moment... We're playing another gig at the Shacklewell Arms on March 20th. This is with Parquet Courts and our life-partners, Cold Pumas, and no-one else. I just saw it's sold out so I guess see you there. We're then going to start recording our second album, "DREAMLANDS II: Back to the Castle"

Also other more immediate things with our extended family of bass-excluding bands are... FEATURE are playing this Saturday at the Shacklewell Arms... flyer below. AND... PRIMITIVE PARTS (Pines' new Samba & Hip Hop collective jam band) are playing at the Dalston Vic on March the 8th with the Homosexuals!!!

we form like volton, etc...
