This is a male war dance, usually performed with weapon-like props such as spears and fans. Usually performed to a small beating lali.

Meke i wau

This is a male club dance.

Seasea

A dance performed with fans.

Vakamalolo

A men and women's combined dance. Very popular in resorts and hotels, this is performed by men and women sitting or standing in rows, usually accompanied by music on guitars and ukuleles.

PRACTICE

 

We're going to have our demo tape available at the show this monday and we're making around 50 copies in total. There are 7 tracks, including a cover of Martin & a 10 minute story written and read by our friend Patrick. It's about swimming.

We also had a practice the other day.
